Once a list of spaces and requirements to meet the owner’s needs and budget are established, the perfect building site is located. The ideal placement of the building on the site is determined by such factors as zoning, septic issues, sun direction, trees and views. We offer assistance in all the design details from the smallest to the largest items, including building materials, structure, heating and air, plumbing and electrical.

When the owner is satisfied with the design, we can produce CAD drawings and specifications. We will help you by submitting a competitive bid and value engineering resulting in as much savings as possible.
